Chilly arrived in Hampton Roads in 1983, retired from the Navy in 1994, and has called this area home ever since. With experience as a Tech Support Supervisor and Retail Sales Manager, he transitioned to car sales in 2015. My parents were born in Guyana, South America, and I was born in Louisiana. My dad was in the Army and was stationed in Virginia Beach. I grew up in Virginia Beach, graduating from Ocean Lakes High School.

My first job was at Chick-fil-A, where my habit of saying, "My pleasure" originated-it has stuck with me ever since. My automotive career began as a Mercedes-Benz of Virginia Beach cashier in July 2010. I was promoted to Service Greeter and then Express Advisor, becoming a full-time Service Advisor in July 2020.

During his tenure, the organization earned numerous accolades, such as the Toyota President's Award, the Lexus Elite National Dealer Board of Excellence, and Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best, reflecting a steadfast commitment to excellence.

A lifelong Virginia Beach resident and Princess Anne High School graduate, Nathan is deeply invested in his community. He is a committed supporter of ODU Sports and a passionate advocate for corporate social responsibility, championing community service initiatives throughout his career. Nathan's leadership legacy inspires the automotive industry and his local community.

Brian began his career in sales at Charles Barker Toyota in 2000, where he quickly made his mark, earning the title of Salesperson of the Year. His success continued at Lexus Virginia Beach, where he was recognized as Salesperson of the Year in 2005.

Brian's passion for the automotive business and his exceptional performance earned him numerous promotions, including roles as F&I Manager at Lexus in 2006, Used Car Manager at Toyota in 2008, General Manager at Nissan in 2010, General Manager at Lexus Virginia Beach in 2014, and Vice President and General Manager of Toyota in 2020.

Today, Brian continues his journey of excellence as the Vice President and General Manager of Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, and the Used Car Warehouse. In this pivotal role, he works closely with management and staff to develop and implement strategies that enhance operations across all Charles Barker Companies.

Lexie was born in Tampa, FL, in 1998 and raised by her biological grandparents, Charles and Susan Barker, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. After graduating from The Benjamin School, a college preparatory institution, she earned a Psychology degree with a minor in Youth Development from Clemson University in 2020. Lexie's philanthropic spirit emerged early when she founded Young Hearts for Homeless at 9. She later pursued a Master of Science in Child Life Studies at the College of Charleston. She completed a 600-hour internship at The King's Daughters Children's Hospital in Norfolk, VA, where she gained valuable experience in improving the medical experiences of pediatric patients and their families.

Now Vice President of Charles Barker Companies, Lexie builds on her family's legacy in the automotive industry. After furthering her expertise through the National Automotive Dealer Academy, she was appointed to Governor Youngkin's Motor Vehicle Dealer Board in 2024, where she can contribute to shaping Virginia's automotive dealer community. Lexie also serves on the board of An Achievable Dream School, championing high-quality education for children at or below the poverty line. Residing in Virginia Beach with her husband, Logan, Lexie is committed to making a meaningful impact in her professional and philanthropic endeavors.

With a career spanning over four decades in the advertising agency industry, Teresa has been a driving force in automotive marketing since 1979. She has played a pivotal role in guiding numerous dealer groups into the digital age, embracing innovative strategies to establish their digital presence.

In a strategic career move, Teresa transitioned from the advertising agency world to an in-house position as Marketing and Communications Director for Charles Barker Automotive. In this role, she is a vital liaison between the dealer group and external marketing agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and impactful marketing campaigns.

Beyond marketing, she serves on the Charles Barker Champions for Kids Foundation board. There, she actively oversees and manages fundraising initiatives, helping to drive positive change in the community through the foundation's efforts.

Joanna serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and President of Charles Barker Automotive. In this role, she provides high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily operations. Known for exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Joey plays a critical role in managing schedules, communications, and key initiatives for executive leadership.
